16WOULD GRANT MERCY THE LORD TO THE OF ONESIPHORUS HOUSEHOLD; BECAUSE OFTEN ME HE REFRESHED AND THE CHAIN OF MINE NOT HE WAS ASHAMED OF, 16May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, because he has often refreshed me and was unashamed of my chains.
17BUT HAVING ARRIVED IN ROME EARNESTLY HE SOUGHT OUT ME AND FOUND [ME]; 17Indeed, when he arrived in Rome, he searched diligently until he found me.
18WOULD GRANT UNTO HIM THE LORD TO FIND MERCY FROM [THE] LORD IN THAT [VERY] <THE> DAY! AND HOW MUCH IN EPHESUS HE SERVED VERY WELL YOU YOURSELF KNOW. 18May the Lord grant Onesiphorus His mercy on that day. You know very well how much he ministered to me in Ephesus.
