Thus we will not neglect the house of our God.”

19AND THE GATEKEEPERS AKKUB TALMON AND BROTHERS THEIR WHO KEPT WATCH AT THE GATES ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY AND TWO 19And the gatekeepers: Akkub, Talmon, and their associates, who kept watch at the gates— 172 men.
20AND [THE] REST OF ISRAEL THE PRIESTS THE LEVITES [WERE] IN ALL [THE] CITIES OF JUDAH EACH ONE ON OWN INHERITANCE HIS Residents Outside Jerusalem 20The rest of the Israelites, with the priests and Levites, were in all the villages of Judah, each on his own inheritance.
21AND THE TEMPLE SERVANTS [WERE] DWELLING ON <THE> OPHEL AND ZIHA AND GISHPA [WERE] OVER THE TEMPLE SERVANTS 21The temple servants lived on the hill of Ophel, with Ziha and Gishpa over them.
22AND [THE] OVERSEER OF THE LEVITES IN JERUSALEM [WAS] UZZI [THE] SON OF BANI [THE] SON OF HASHABIAH [THE] SON OF MATTANIAH [THE] SON OF MICA ONE OF [THE] DESCENDANTS OF ASAPH THE SINGERS TO BEFORE [THE] WORK OF [THE] HOUSE OF <THE> GOD 22Now the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica.*NoteCloseMica is a variant of Micaiah; see Nehemiah 12:35. 30ZANOAH ADULLAM AND VILLAGES THEIR LACHISH AND FIELDS ITS AZEKAH AND DAUGHTERS ITS AND THEY ENCAMPED FROM BEER SHEBA TO [THE] VALLEY OF [BEN] HINNOM 30Zanoah, Adullam, and their villages; in Lachish and its fields; and in Azekah and its villages. So they settled from Beersheba all the way to the Valley of Hinnom.
31AND [THE] DESCENDANTS OF BENJAMIN [WERE] FROM GEBA MICMASH AND AIJA AND BETH- -EL AND DAUGHTERS ITS 31The descendants of Benjamin from Geba lived in Michmash, Aija, and Bethel with its villages;
