15THERE- -FORE SUDDENLY IT WILL COME DISASTER HIS AN INSTANT HE WILL BE BROKEN AND THERE NOT [WILL BE] HEALING 15Therefore calamity will come upon him suddenly; in an instant he will be shattered beyond recovery.
16SIX [THINGS] THOSE HE HATES YAHWEH AND [ARE] SEVEN [THE] DISGUSTING THING OF SELF HIS 16There are six things that the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to Him:

20KEEP O SON MY [THE] COMMANDMENT OF FATHER YOUR AND MAY NOT YOU FORSAKE [THE] INSTRUCTION OF MOTHER YOUR Warnings against Adultery 20My son, keep your father’s commandment, and do not forsake your mother’s teaching.
21BIND THEM ON HEART YOUR CONTINUALLY TIE THEM ON NECKS YOUR 21Bind them always upon your heart; tie them around your neck.

30NOT PEOPLE DESPISE <TO> THE THIEF IF HE WILL STEAL TO FILL APPETITE HIS FOR HE WILL BE HUNGRY 30Men do not despise the thief if he steals to satisfy his hunger.
31AND HE WILL BE FOUND OUT HE WILL MAKE RESTITUTION SEVENFOLD <OBJ.> ALL [THE] WEALTH OF HOUSE HIS HE WILL GIVE 31Yet if caught, he must pay sevenfold; he must give up all the wealth of his house.
32[ONE WHO] COMMITS ADULTERY A WOMAN [IS] LACKING OF HEART [ONE WHO] DESTROYS OWN SELF HIS HE HE WILL DO IT 32He who commits adultery lacks judgment; whoever does so destroys himself.
33A WOUND AND SHAME HE WILL FIND AND REPROACH HIS NOT IT WILL BE WIPED AWAY 33Wounds and dishonor will befall him, and his reproach will never be wiped away.
34FOR JEALOUSY [IS THE] RAGE OF A MAN AND NOT HE WILL HAVE COMPASSION ON A DAY OF VENGEANCE 34For jealousy enrages a husband, and he will show no mercy in the day of vengeance.
35NOT HE WILL LIFT UP [THE] FACE OF ANY RANSOM AND NOT HE WILL BE WILLING FOR YOU WILL MAKE GREAT A BRIBE 35He will not be appeased by any ransom, or persuaded by lavish gifts.
