7[HE IS] BRINGING UP CLOUDS FROM [THE] END OF THE EARTH LIGHTNING<S> FOR THE RAIN HE MAKES [HE IS] BRINGING OUT WIND FROM STOREHOUSES HIS 7He causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth. He generates the lightning with the rain and brings forth the wind from His storehouses.
8WHO <HE> STRUCK DOWN [THE] FIRSTBORN<S> OF EGYPT FROM HUMANKIND UNTO ANIMAL[S] 8He struck down the firstborn of Egypt, of both man and beast.
9HE SENT SIGNS AND WONDERS IN [THE] MIDST OF YOU O EGYPT ON PHARAOH AND ON ALL SERVANTS HIS 9He sent signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt, against Pharaoh and all his servants.
10WHO <HE> STRUCK DOWN NATIONS MANY AND HE KILLED KINGS MIGHTY 10He struck down many nations and slaughtered mighty kings:
11TO SIHON [THE] KING OF THE AMORITES AND TO OG [THE] KING OF <THE> BASHAN AND TO ALL [THE] KINGDOMS OF CANAAN 11Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan, and all the kings of Canaan.
12AND HE GAVE LAND THEIR AN INHERITANCE AN INHERITANCE TO ISRAEL PEOPLE HIS 12He gave their land as an inheritance, as a heritage to His people Israel.
13O YAHWEH NAME YOUR [IS] FOR EVER O YAHWEH REMEMBRANCE YOUR [IS] TO A GENERATION AND A GENERATION 13Your name, O LORD, endures forever, Your renown, O LORD, through all generations.
14FOR HE VINDICATES YAHWEH PEOPLE HIS AND ON SERVANTS HIS HE HAS COMPASSION 14For the LORD will vindicate His people*NoteCloseOr will judge His people; see also LXX; cited in Hebrews 10:30. and will have compassion on His servants.
15[THE] IDOLS OF THE NATIONS [ARE] SILVER AND GOLD [THE] WORK OF [THE] HANDS OF HUMANKIND 15The idols of the nations are silver and gold, made by the hands of men.
16A MOUTH [BELONGS] TO THEM AND NOT THEY SPEAK EYES [BELONG] TO THEM AND NOT THEY SEE 16They have mouths, but cannot speak; they have eyes, but cannot see;
17EARS [BELONG] TO THEM AND NOT THEY GIVE EAR ALSO THERE NOT THERE [IS] BREATH IN MOUTH THEIR 17they have ears, but cannot hear; nor is there breath in their mouths.
18LIKE THEM THEY WILL BE [THOSE WHO] MAKE THEM EVERY [ONE] WHO [IS] TRUSTING IN THEM 18Those who make them become like them, as do all who trust in them.
