4[HE IS] COUNTING [THE] NUMBER OF THE STARS TO ALL OF THEM NAMES HE CALLS 4He determines the number of the stars; He calls them each by name.
5[IS] GREAT LORD<S> OUR AND GREAT OF POWER TO UNDERSTANDING HIS THERE NOT [IS] A NUMBER 5Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit.

8WHO COVERS [THE] HEAVENS WITH CLOUDS WHO PREPARES FOR THE EARTH RAIN WHO CAUSES TO SPROUT MOUNTAINS GRASS 8who covers the sky with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow on the hills.
9[WHO] GIVES TO ANIMAL[S] FOOD ITS TO [THE] YOUNG ONES OF A RAVEN WHICH THEY CALL OUT 9He provides food for the animals, and for the young ravens when they call.
10NOT IN [THE] STRENGTH OF <THE> HORSE HE DELIGHTS NOT IN [THE] LEGS OF <THE> MAN HE TAKES PLEASURE 10He does not delight in the strength of the horse; He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.
11[IS] TAKING PLEASURE IN YAHWEH <OBJ.> [THOSE] FEARING HIM <OBJ.> THOSE [WHO] HOPE FOR COVENANT LOYALTY HIS 11The LORD is pleased with those who fear Him, who hope in His loving devotion.
12EXTOL O JERUSALEM <OBJ.> YAHWEH PRAISE GOD YOUR O ZION 12Exalt the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion!
13FOR HE HAS STRENGTHENED [THE] BARS OF GATES YOUR HE HAS BLESSED CHILDREN YOUR IN MIDST YOUR 13For He strengthens the bars of your gates and blesses the children within you.
14THE [ONE WHO] MAKES TERRITORY YOUR PEACE [THE] BEST OF WHEAT<S> HE SATISFIES YOU 14He makes peace at your borders; He fills you with the finest wheat.
15THE [ONE WHO] SENDS WORD HIS [THE] EARTH TO QUICKLY IT RUNS WORD HIS 15He sends forth His command to the earth; His word runs swiftly.
16THE [ONE WHO] GIVES SNOW LIKE <THE> WOOL FROST LIKE <THE> ASH[ES] HE SCATTERS 16He spreads the snow like wool; He scatters the frost like ashes;
17[THE ONE WHO] THROWS ICE HIS LIKE CRUMBS <TO> BEFORE COLDNESS HIS WHO? WILL HE STAND 17He casts forth His hail like pebbles.*NoteCloseOr like crumbs or like morsels Who can withstand His icy blast?
18HE SENDS WORD HIS AND HE MELTS THEM HE MAKES BLOW WIND HIS THEY FLOW WATERS 18He sends forth His word and melts them; He unleashes His winds, and the waters flow.
19[THE ONE WHO] DECLARES WORDS HIS TO JACOB DECREES HIS AND JUDGMENTS HIS TO ISRAEL 19He declares His word to Jacob, His statutes and judgments to Israel.
