26AND THEY WILL LAMENT AND THEY WILL MOURN GATES ITS AND IT WILL BE EMPTIED TO THE GROUND IT WILL SIT 26And the gates of Zion will lament and mourn; destitute, she will sit on the ground.
1AND THEY WILL TAKE HOLD SEVEN WOMEN ON A MAN ONE IN THE DAY <THE> THAT <TO> SAYING OWN FOOD OUR WE WILL EAT AND OWN CLOTHING OUR WE WILL WEAR ONLY LET IT BE CALLED NAME YOUR ON US REMOVE REPROACH OUR A Remnant in Zion 1In that day seven women will take hold of one man and say, “We will eat our own bread and provide our own clothes. Just let us be called by your name. Take away our disgrace!”
2IN THE DAY <THE> THAT IT WILL BECOME [THE] BRANCH OF YAHWEH <INTO> BEAUTY AND <INTO> GLORY AND [THE] FRUIT OF THE LAND <INTO> EXALTATION AND <INTO> HONOR FOR [THE] ESCAPED REMNANT OF ISRAEL 2On that day the Branch of the LORD will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of Israel’s survivors.
3AND IT WILL BE WHO REMAINS IN ZION AND <THE> [ONE WHO IS] LEFT BEHIND IN JERUSALEM HOLY IT WILL BE SAID OF HIM EVERY <THE> [ONE] RECORDED FOR <THE> LIFE IN JERUSALEM 3Whoever remains in Zion and whoever is left in Jerusalem will be called holy— all in Jerusalem who are recorded among the living—
4IF HE HAS WASHED AWAY [THE] LORD <OBJ.> [THE] EXCREMENT OF [THE] DAUGHTERS OF ZION AND <OBJ.> [THE] BLOOD<S> OF JERUSALEM HE WILL CLEANSE FROM MIDST ITS BY A SPIRIT OF JUDGMENT AND BY A SPIRIT OF BURNING 4when the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodstains from the heart of Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.
5AND HE WILL CREATE YAHWEH OVER ALL [THE] PLACE OF [THE] MOUNTAIN OF ZION AND OVER CONVOCATIONS ITS A CLOUD BY DAY AND SMOKE AND BRIGHTNESS OF FIRE A FLAME NIGHT FOR [WILL BE] OVER ALL [THE] GLORY A CANOPY 5Then the LORD will create over all of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a canopy,
6AND A SHELTER IT WILL BE FOR SHADE BY DAY FROM [THE] HEAT AND FOR REFUGE AND FOR SHELTER FROM [THE] STORM AND FROM [THE] RAIN 6a shelter to give shade from the heat by day, and a refuge and hiding place from the storm and the rain.
