19AND IF THEY WILL SAY TO YOU CONSULT <TO> THE NECROMANCERS AND <TO> THE SOOTHSAYERS WHO WHISPER AND WHO MUTTER ¿ NOT A PEOPLE <TO> GOD ITS WILL IT CONSULT FOR THE LIVING <TO> THE DEAD Darkness and Light 19When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists who whisper and mutter, shouldn’t a people consult their God instead? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?
20TO [THE] INSTRUCTION AND TO [THE] TESTIMONY IF NOT THEY WILL SPEAK ACCORDING TO THE MANNER <THE> THIS THAT NOT [BELONGS] TO IT DAWN 20To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.
21AND IT WILL PASS IN IT HARD PRESSED AND HUNGRY AND IT WILL BE THAT IT WILL BE HUNGRY AND IT WILL BE ENRAGED AND IT WILL CURSE <IN> KING ITS AND <IN> GOD ITS AND IT WILL TURN <TO> UPWARDS <TOWARDS> 21They will roam the land dejected and hungry. When they are famished, they will become enraged; and looking upward, they will curse their king and their God.
22AND TO [THE] EARTH IT WILL LOOK AND THERE! TROUBLE AND DARKNESS GLOOM OF DISTRESS AND GLOOM [IT IS] THRUST OUT 22Then they will look to the earth and see only distress and darkness and the gloom of anguish. And they will be driven into utter darkness.
