9[HE] COVERS [THE] PRESENCE OF [THE] THRONE HE SPREADS OVER IT CLOUD HIS 9He covers the face of the full moon,*NoteCloseOr of His throne spreading over it His cloud.
10A LIMIT HE HAS DRAWN A CIRCLE ON [THE] SURFACE OF [THE] WATERS TO [THE] END OF LIGHT WITH DARKNESS 10He has inscribed a horizon on the face of the waters at the boundary between light and darkness.
