1O GOD THEY HAVE COME [THE] NATIONS IN INHERITANCE YOUR THEY HAVE MADE UNCLEAN <OBJ.> [THE] TEMPLE OF HOLINESS YOUR THEY HAVE MADE <OBJ.> JERUSALEM INTO HEAPS OF RUINS 1The nations, O God, have invaded Your inheritance; they have defiled Your holy temple and reduced Jerusalem to rubble.
2THEY HAVE GIVEN <OBJ.> [THE] CORPSE[S] OF SERVANTS YOUR FOOD TO [THE] BIRD[S] OF THE HEAVENS [THE] FLESH FAITHFUL [PEOPLE] YOUR TO [THE] ANIMAL[S] OF [THE] EARTH 2They have given the corpses of Your servants as food to the birds of the air, the flesh of Your saints to the beasts of the earth.
3THEY HAVE POURED OUT BLOOD THEIR LIKE <THE> WATER ROUND ABOUT JERUSALEM AND THERE NOT [WAS ONE WHO] BURIED [THEM] 3They have poured out their blood like water all around Jerusalem, and there is no one to bury the dead.
4WE HAVE BECOME A REPROACH TO NEIGHBORS OUR MOCKERY AND DERISION TO [THOSE] AROUND US 4We have become a reproach to our neighbors, a scorn and derision to those around us.
5UNTIL WHEN? O YAHWEH WILL YOU BE ANGRY? TO PERPETUITY WILL IT BURN? LIKE FIRE JEALOUSY YOUR 5How long, O LORD? Will You be angry forever? Will Your jealousy burn like fire?
6POUR OUT ANGER YOUR AGAINST THE NATIONS WHICH NOT THEY KNOW YOU AND ON KINGDOMS WHICH ON NAME YOUR NOT THEY CALL 6Pour out Your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge You, on the kingdoms that refuse to call on Your name,
7FOR IT HAS CONSUMED <OBJ.> JACOB AND <OBJ.> HABITATION ITS THEY HAVE DEVASTATED 7for they have devoured Jacob and devastated his homeland.
8MAY NOT YOU REMEMBER TO US INIQUITIES FORMER [SURELY] QUICKLY MAY THEY COME TO MEET US COMPASSION<S> YOUR FOR WE HAVE BECOME LOW EXCEEDINGLY 8Do not hold past sins against us; let Your compassion come quickly, for we are brought low.
9HELP US O GOD OF SALVATION OUR ON [THE] MATTER OF [THE] GLORY OF NAME YOUR AND DELIVER US AND ATONE ON SINS OUR FOR [THE] SAKE OF NAME YOUR 9Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of Your name; deliver us and atone for our sins, for the sake of Your name.

[IS] GOD THEIR LET IT BE KNOWN AMONG THE NATIONS TO EYES OUR [THE] VENGEANCE OF [THE] BLOOD OF SERVANTS YOUR <THE> POURED OUT 10Why should the nations ask, “Where is their God?” Before our eyes, make known among the nations Your vengeance for the bloodshed of Your servants.
11MAY IT COME <TO> BEFORE YOU [THE] GROANING OF [THE] PRISONER ACCORDING TO [THE] GREATNESS OF ARM YOUR LEAVE OVER [THE] SONS OF DEATH 11May the groans of the captives reach You; by the strength of Your arm preserve those condemned to death.
12AND REPAY TO NEIGHBORS OUR SEVENFOLD INTO BOSOM THEIR REPROACH THEIR WHICH THEY REPROACHED YOU O LORD 12Pay back into the laps of our neighbors sevenfold the reproach they hurled at You, O Lord.
13AND WE PEOPLE YOUR AND [THE] SHEEP OF PASTURE YOUR WE WILL GIVE THANKS TO YOU FOR EVER TO A GENERATION AND A GENERATION WE WILL RECOUNT PRAISE YOUR 13Then we Your people, the sheep of Your pasture, will thank You forever; from generation to generation we will declare Your praise.
